Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Kartoffel Geflüster competition, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.
Competition Period
The competition runs from September 28, 2025, 0:00, to December 10, 2025, 0:00. During this period, users can participate in the competition online.
Participation
Every order with the code word "Gewinnspiel2025" within the participation period will take part in the competition, provided the other conditions are met. One ticket is acquired with each product. All tickets have the same chance of winning. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have completed their 18th year of age.
Should a participant have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
Excluded from participation in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the operator, and their family members. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example
(a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions, (c) in case of unfair practices, or (d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Prize, Notification, and Prize Delivery
The following prizes will be awarded:
ONE Douglas voucher worth 100 EUR.
The winners will be determined after the participation deadline by a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be included in the draw.
The winners of the draw will be informed of their win in a timely manner via a separate email.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the operator. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 weeks after being contacted twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the Competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the competition.
Data Protection
Personal data is required for participation in the competition. The participant assures that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name, and email address, is truthful and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available for their use without consent.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and its social media platforms.
The participant can revoke their declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details of the organizer provided in the impressum section of the competition app. After revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be immediately deleted.

Applicable Law

The operator's competition is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
